行く当てもなく友人の家を転々とする、貧しい青年テリーク。道端で、助けを求める盲ろう者と出会う。最初は接し方に戸惑うが、手の感覚や身振りを頼りに、少しずつコミュニケーションを重ねていく。やり取りの中で、二人の間に確かな信頼が生まれ、その出会いはテリーク自身の価値観を変えていく。

Tereek, a young man with no place to stay, drifts from one friend’s couch to the next on the streets of New York. One night, he comes across a stranger asking for help — a man who is both deaf and blind. Unsure at first how to respond, Tereek begins to communicate through touch and gesture, one careful exchange at a time. As trust quietly builds between them, the brief encounter becomes something that reshapes the way Tereek sees the world.
